Megan Miller created Millhammer after completing her own home remodel. She learned how much she enjoyed the research, schedules, budgets, design choices, and of course the finished product that was on time and on budget. Leveraging her strong organizational and relationship building skills, she excelled at keeping everyone on track and recording all the decisions made for efficient reference during and after the project.

With experience in project management and remodeling/home construction, we will help you avoid costly mistakes, keep all vendors focused on delivering what you ordered, and ensure your contractor has what they need before they need it to avoid project delays.

How We Work
We serve you and act as your liaison with vendors and contractors. Millhammer can create an online, shared workbook with a decision plan, milestone tracking, purchase details, hours tracking, and budget. Any and all services are optional.
After receiving an initial engagement fee, we bill project management services on an hourly basis in 15 minute increments. There is no commitment of how many hours must be used. There is no upcharge on items purchased as all items are purchased by you. Services can begin or end on demand.
